Jason Lo Presto
Chief Technology Officer
Jason attended St. John's University in New York. He know serves as our key leader for research and development. He has familiarity and experience with all products as well as every possible certification offered, including his winning of the InfoTronics Award for Technical Leadership in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2007.
With more than eight years experience in the Time and Attendance industry at CTRNY and over thirteen years in the computer industry, Jason is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) currently working towards his MCSE/MSDBA certifications.
As a principal of his own computer-consulting firm for four years, Jason is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of network communication and setup including the implementation of very large and complex systems.
His experience and knowledge of products and trends the world over, as well as all aspects of the CTR/NY product line, paired with his experience in implementing systems, makes him the invaluable leader for new business development. As Senior Vice President, Jason works to ensure not only that new technology constantly funnels into our solutions, but that is applied efficently.
He is a devoted baseball fan as well as a Formula 1 fanatic.
Craig Mapou
Vice President/Operations
Craig began his career working with my father in our time clock distribution company back in October of 1979 as a Service Representative, graduating some years later to Service Manager. As our expertise in Time and Attendance grew, so did his skill, and in July of 1998 he became the Operations Manager of the newly formed partnership, CTR/NY, and how hold the position of Vice President.
His many years of experience and ability to respond to the needs of our customers make him one of our best assets. Craig and his wife, Donna, have two very active sons in high school who keep them very busy. He is a former president of his suburban New Jersey town's Little League and is a coach for his son's basketball team.
Josh Hendell
Chief Financial Officer
For twenty years Josh Hendell has managed the financial analysis and reporting of our company and has been an active and valued member of our CTR/NY team. His input in accounting software interfaces, as well as his insight, interests and advocacy of our customer's challenges in revenue, billing and financial systems are all equally appreciated.
Josh attended Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He lives on Long Island and has a son, a daughter and an Airedale terrier.

Joseph Yorlano
VP of New Business Development
A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Joe has over fifteen years of experience in Direct & Channel Sales, Sales Management and Business Development and has spent his entire career within the Parking and Access Control industries. He has a proven record of success and has consistently been able to achieve growth and development in his business endeavors through the years. In June, 2005, Joe moved to New York specifically to develop and grow the Parking & Access Control Division for CTRNY.
In addition to being knowledgeable about the products and services he represents, Joe understands and utilizes such key concepts as team building, market analysis, consultative selling and customer service and applies them daily in his business activities.
Joe loves sports and plays softball in a regional league in Northwest New Jersey, where he lives with his wife, Patty and their two young children. He also plays guitar, sings and has led a church folk group for nearly seventeen years.
Al Eggenberger
Director of Technical Services
As our Director of Technical services, Al brings more than eight years experience in the categories of Time and Attendance and Access Control where he has specialized in Enterprise Level Project Management and Implementation.
With his deep and broad understanding of Networking and Systems, Al tailors creative and efficient solutions to answer the critical challenges of our customers. His strong project management skills enable him to rollout our systems smoothly, while keeping the vital communications lines between CTRNY and our clients open, allowing for a unimpeded implementation.
Al attended Manhattan College and lives with his wife, in Central New Jersey. Outside of the office, Al enjoys restoring and showing his classic Mustangs along with being an avid outdoorsman.
